The Mind Chill Wellbeing Workshop will help you:

Join a small, friendly group of like-minded people in the Flourish Wellness Studio space as we explore the factors contributing to your current feelings and develop a powerful action plan to feel calm and at peace.
We will be focussing on emotions and their connection with and influence on the body. You will learn about natural healing techniques and remedies including:
- Crystals
- Essential oils
- Nutrition
- Affirmations
- and other beautiful heart connection techniques
These remedies, tools and techniques are included on a take home reference chart to support your healing journey.
Each session includes a hot drink and some morning tea in the beautiful Flourish Wellness Studio space. No prior knowledge or workshops are necessary. All are welcome.
