Join a small, friendly group of like-minded people in the Flourish Wellness Studio space as we explore the factors contributing to your current feelings and develop a powerful action plan to help you feel balanced and in the flow.
The Balance and Flow Wellbeing Workshop will help you:
We will be focussing on emotions and their connection with and influence on the body. You will learn about natural healing techniques and remedies including:
- Essential oils
- and other beautiful heart connection techniques
These remedies, tools and techniques are included on a take home reference chart to support your healing journey.
Each session includes a hot drink and some morning tea in the beautiful Flourish Wellness Studio space. No prior knowledge or workshops are necessary. All are welcome.
Next Available Date: Tuesday 17th May, 9.30am – 12.30pm
There are no prerequisites for any of the Wellbeing Workshops. Feel free to attend as many as you would like, in the order that makes the most sense to you.
Location: Frankston South or Online (this will be specified when you select your date during the enrolment process). Due to Covid restrictions some in-person dates may need to run online.
Cost: $150 Inc GST
Duration: 3 hours
